H&H Ranch Lakeway
H&H Ranch was originally established in 1997 as Buck Head Ranch by Don & Carol Mitchum. For 24 years the ranch bred and sold Texas longhorns. In 2020 we decided to switch gears by breeding mini beef cows. The farm evolved as we added chickens, turkeys, alpacas, goats, sheep, donkeys, pigs and even emus! Our ranch has grown since then and we now breed full size black angus. Non of our cows or pigs are fed hormones, antibiotics or GMO. We wanted to provide our family with the cleanest meat. Knowing what we put into our body and where it comes from is very important to us. After speaking to neighbors we found that so many of them feel the same way. The biggest hurtle was having access to the clean food and grocery stores aren’t always honest about their products. In 2021 we grew our small ranch into a small business with the support of our family & friends, a lot of hard work, and learning curves along the way. We are now providing USDA certified clean, safe meat to our community. Our meat is 100% grass fed & grass finished, never grain finished! Our cows are happily free ranging on our hill country ranch and Lampasas ranches. Our products are clean, safe, and always non GMO, non soy, antibiotic free, hormone free, and vaccine free. We are excited to see H&H Ranch grow & provide quality meat to the hill country community!

Our Membership
Our membership is $30 a month, which consists 3 different product & free delivery within certain areas. We deliver the first Friday of the month. If you would like extra stuff added to your order just let us know. Please have your order for extras in by the Monday before the Friday delivery date. When you need extra stuff outside that delivery day we can set up a pickup time. If you live outside our delivery area, but work in Lakeway we can deliver there for you. If there is a group of neighbors who are outside the delivery area, we can deliver to all of them on the same day.
Members will be notified when we bring back cuts of beef from the butcher or if there are any new products available. We will only sell to members and will put a cap on the number in the future. ❤️ Please let me know if you have any questions!

Premium ground beef, which is the entire cow ground up, so all the good meat mixed in. This is a more dense and hearty ground beef.
Sirloin ground beef, which is your traditional more crumbly ground beef.
Steaks: filets, ribeyes (boneless & bone-in), short ribs, back ribs, NY strips, flank, flat iron, sirloin, denver
Roasts: 7-Bone, chuck, round rump, pikes peak, steak blade
Ribs: short, baby back
Other beef items: Stew meat, Fajita meat, chili meat, marrow bones, soup bones, leg bones, brisket & oxtail
Pet Grind, our raw pet food for cats & dogs
Pork sausage, pork chops, tenderloin, ham steaks, bacon, pig feet & ears
Hand knitted alpaca scarves.

We are a little more expensive than the grocery store and the same price or less than our local competition.
If you buy 10 lbs of any type of meat, we will give you 1 lb of sirloin ground beef for free!
We now offer whole and half cows! The deposit for a half cow is $1,000 and the deposit for a whole cow is $2,000. There is no waiting! When we have 2 half cow orders or a whole cow order we will set up a butcher appointment. Once the cow has been dropped off it takes about a week to get your meat back. We pick up your meat and deliver it straight to your house!

H&H Pet Grind is here!
We are proud to announce our very own raw pet food!
Everything in this incredible blend is from our grass fed & finished organic fed, vaccine free, GMO free, antibiotics free, & hormone free cows!
The Pet Grind consists of 50% ground beef, 25% cow organs, 15% cow bone, and 10% cow fat.
When you buy 10 pounds you get the 10th one free!
This Pet Grind can be used alone, mixed into kibble or as a yummy topper.

H&H Ranch Cattery breeds Maine Coon Cats
H&H Ranch Cattery is in the hills of Lakeway, TX. Our kittens come chipped, altered, registered with TICA & CFA, have a year health guarantee, are up to date on their shots, have been started on NuVet vitamins, have a month of free pet insurance, & are of course raised with love ❤️ Our kings and queens are all from European lineage. All of our breeder cats are DNA tested and negative. We breed standard traditional Maine Coons, so all of our cats are show quality. Our kittens are well adjusted to a busy household and snuggle with humans every day to ensure they will bond with their new family. We send our adopted families home with all the information about what we use in our cattery and keep an open line of communication for any future questions they might have.
Once the kittens are 4 weeks old people can put down a deposit on their favorite baby. We only put serious buyers on a waitlist and require an adoption application to be filled out prior. Everything mentioned is included in the price & done for the owner before the kitten goes home at 12 weeks old. We are proud to say we are one of the few breeders in the US that have registered polydactyl Maine Coons! If you have any questions please let me know.
